Pastor Sheila Floyd - Biography

Pastor Sheila Floyd serves as Co-Pastor, beside her husband Pastor Ricky Floyd at The Pursuit of God Transformation Center, an internationally known, multi-site church in the Memphis, TN area.  She is the co-founder and Vice-President of Salvation Revelation Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)3 not-for-profit outreach ministry, where her husband is the founder and President.  She is a member of the Memphis Chapter of Lambda Tau Upsilon Christian Sorority.  

Pastor Sheila positively impacts the lives of men and women; helping them through abandonment and the despair of abuse through her Reasoning Sessions. In her own experience, by the love of God, she has overcome severe depression, rejection and abuse, and aspires to witness millions of God’s people break free from the pains of their past.  She has a special calling to support, guide, and love ministers' wives; and comes equipped with a strong mandate to live and teach health and healing to the body of Christ.  God especially uses her to bring healing and instruction to marriages and as an awesome teacher and trainer on leadership.  

Pastors Ricky and Sheila Floyd can be seen weekly on the “Pursuit of God” telecast and have been heard weekly on the Love Power 1380 Christian Radio broadcast. They have spoken regularly on the Power Talk Radio Christian Ministry talk show in Memphis  and have hosted several “Praise The Lord” telecasts for the Trinity Broadcast Network (“TBN”).  Their ministry has touched WREG Channel 3 Live @ 9 and Fox 13 Faith Forum telecasts; Tri-State Defender Newspaper; Sparkman, Spirit and Divine Magazines.  In June 2005, they launched the School of Marriage Enhancement, drawing TBN to feature the program.

Pastor Sheila comes from the legal arena and married Pastor Ricky in 1993. They reside in Memphis, TN and are the humble parents of three beautiful children, Brennan, Christina and Ricky Floyd, II.
